The Award had 3 classes:
* Bronze = for men & women 18-32
    who passed the tests for 12 months
* Silver = for men & women 18-32
    who passed the tests for 8 years
    or for men & women 32-40 who
    passed the tests for 12 months
* Gilt = for holders of the silver who
    passed the tests for 7 years or
    for men & women over 40 who
    passed the tests for 12 months
