In the early 1900's, it was common knowledge that the best cigars in the world were made in Havana, Cuba. In 1962, President John F. Kennedy placed an embargo to ban nearly all Cuban goods including Cigars. Just hours before the embargo, John F. Kennedy bought 1,200 Cuban cigars.

"FLOR FINA" means "FINE FLOWER" in Spanish "HABANA" is the Spanish name for HAVANA, CUBA".

Don't believe there ever was a cigar or cigar company named "Habana Flor Fina", but this is a general term meaning: "for Your Fine Flowers (Cigars) from Havana" making this casting a cigar ash tray.
